- Zu Chan Fa: Method to create the Qi field.
- La Qi: EBasic and powerful Zhineng exercise with which we share the Qi of the Universe.
- Pen Qi Guan Ding Fa (Method of lifting and pouring the Qi): Level 1 of Zhineng Qi Gong.
- Some movements of Xing Shen Zhuang: Level 2 of Zhineng QiGong
- Dun qiang fa (Wall squats): Fundamental exercise to maintain the Qi channels in and around the spinal and lumbar region.
- San Xin Bing Zhan Zhuang: Form of fusion of the three centers in an upright position.
- Zhí Tuí Zuo Song Yao Fa: Sitting method with legs stretched.
- Using Hunyuan Qi for our well-being and that of the people we love.
